Services

Rooted Up provides marketing and AI operations services — including Google Business Profile management, review management, content, newsletters, and AI workflow automation — under month-to-month plans and one-time engagements described on this site. Plan contents and pricing may change; the plan you're on is governed by what was agreed when you signed up.

Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month: no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges are made after that.

No guarantees of specific results

Marketing outcomes — rankings, review counts, traffic, revenue — depend on factors outside anyone's control, including search engines and platforms we don't operate. We work to a high standard, but we do not guarantee specific results, and nothing on this site is a promise of particular outcomes. Free assessments and their dollar estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to have the right to grant us access to any accounts or profiles you ask us to manage (such as your Google Business Profile), and not to use the site or our services for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Content we create for you under a paid plan is yours once paid for. The Rooted Up name, branding, site content, and our internal tools and processes remain ours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Up disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
