Rooted Up ("we," "us") provides done-for-you marketing and AI operations services for solo professionals and small practices. This policy explains what information we collect through rootedup.net and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us — when you request a free assessment or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, what you're interested in, and any notes you include.
• Call recordings and transcripts — assessment and intake calls are conducted with the help of Annie, our AI voice assistant, and may be recorded and transcribed so we can prepare your written assessment and deliver our services.
• Usage information — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Standard server logs are kept by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule and conduct your assessment call, and prepare your assessment.
• To provide, bill for, and improve our services.
• To contact you about your inquiry or engagement, at the phone number and email you provide.

By submitting your phone number through our intake form, you consent to receive a call from us at that number — including calls placed with the assistance of automated or AI technology — at the time window you select. This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us on the call or contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — website hosting (Vercel), form delivery (FormSubmit), AI voice calling (Retell AI and its telephony carrier, Twilio), and analytics (Google) — and when required by law. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention & security

We keep intake information, recordings, and transcripts for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business records, then delete or anonymize them. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form at rootedup.net/intake or by replying to any email from us, and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version here.
